- Assessment of externalities in agricultural and agro-food activities based on work by J.N. Pretty at the University of Essex (Great Britain). This method enables us to calculate financially the externalities of agricultural activities in terms of impact on the quality of the air, soil and water, biodiversity and human health. It also allows us to quantify potential savings, which can be beneficial to the community, with an unconventional approach to production and/or transformation.
- Strategic planning and prioritizing interventions with the help of a method derived from Simplified Audit Procedure (SAP) developed by Environment Canada. The adaptation of SAP carried out by INNOVAGRO Consultants inc. enables us to use this tool, initially designed for businesses, to set up development master plans and prioritize actions and projects on a macroeconomic scale (by sector, region or country).
